Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship to locations in the US.

Domestic orders of $75 or more receive free shipping. If you live in Allen County, New Haven or Roanoke, Indiana, and you would like porch delivery, choose that option once you enter your delivery address at checkout or use code LOCALDELIVERY.

RETURNS
We want you to love your products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund as long as the following conditions are met:
  • All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

  • All items must be securely placed back in the original packaging.

If all conditions are met, please email us (see below) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, place the item securely back in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUND PROCESS

Upon receiving your returned item(s), and the condition of the return has been inspected and approved, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

CANCELLLATIONS
All sales are final, so we do not offer cancellations once orders are placed.
